How to provide?
- Frying pan: put the beetroot with a little butter/oil in a frying pan and bake for app. 6-8 minutes.
- Microwave: 2 minutes per 100 g beetrootes, 700 Watt.
- Oven: preheat oven till 200°C and bake 10-15 minutes.
- Also use cold for salads and as an appetizer
