How to provide?
- Frying pan: put the vegetables with a few drops of oil in a frying pan and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Microwave: 1 minute per 100 g beetroot, 1000 Watt.
- Oven: preheat an oven to 200°C and bake 10-15 minutes.
- Also use cold as carpaccio, salad addision and as a snack.
