From October 4–8, 2025, MK Agro participated for the first time in ANUGA – the largest and most influential trade fair for the global food industry, held in Cologne, Germany. The company presented its full range of ready-to-eat potato products dedicated to the foodservice, food processing, and retail sectors.
From October 4–8, 2025, MK Agro took part in ANUGA 2025 in Cologne, the leading trade fair for the global food industry. For the company, it was the first participation in this international event, which gathered representatives of thousands of businesses from across the food production and distribution sectors.
At its booth in Hall 5.1, Stand A019, MK Agro showcased its range of ready-to-eat potato products designed for professional and retail markets. The company’s portfolio includes potatoes cooked using vacuum technology, which allows the products to maintain consistent quality, long shelf life (up to 65 days), and full use of the raw material without waste.
During the trade fair, MK Agro presented solutions dedicated to three key market segments:
- Foodservice – products ready for use within minutes, reducing preparation time and labor costs.
- Food Processors – uniform and stable products available year-round, supporting production efficiency.
- Retail – home-style potatoes with a clean label and convenient packaging, suitable for consumer markets.
