Gryfice, Ciechanów, Namysłów, Kurzętnik – these are the four cities where the Pri brand was with you during the exceptional event that is the nationwide culinary festival “Poland from the Kitchen.” As a partner of the event, we promoted local cuisine and tradition, but we also shared what we do best – ready-to-use potatoes. We are very proud and happy that our products were loved not only by chefs but also by fermentation enthusiasts!
Together with our ambassador, Katarzyna Gubała, an expert in plant-based and fermented cuisine, we educated, inspired, and tasted. And all of this with Pri potatoes in the starring role!
Fermentation Workshops with Katarzyna Gubała
During each festival, our ambassador Katarzyna Gubała conducted vegetable fermentation workshops, including vegetables that for many of us are an unconventional choice for fermentation. First up? Our cooked Pri potatoes!
Not many people know that potatoes can be fermented and that they are simply brilliant in taste! Cooked, lightly salted, full of vitamins. Fermented potato is something you must try at least once in your life.
Each festival stop brought more and more inspiration and interesting facts, and all guests of our tent left happy, but most importantly, richer in knowledge about vegetable fermentation and… loaded with ready-made fermented Pri potatoes.

Pri potatoes will return for the grand finale of the “Poland from the Kitchen” festival on August 31, 2025, in Łowicz! We will bring even more inspiration and… our beloved fermented potatoes.
