For us, PLMA Amsterdam is above all an opportunity for direct contact with clients, manufacturers, distributors, and food industry experts. During the two-day event, we had many valuable discussions about trends in the convenience food sector, the development of ready-to-eat potato products, changing consumer expectations, and the future of the private label market.
It is becoming increasingly clear that the European food market is focusing on solutions that combine convenience with high quality and product consistency. This is exactly the direction MK Agro has been developing for years, specialising in ready-to-use, pasteurised potatoes for the retail, foodservice, and food industry sectors.
During the trade fair, we also discussed the development of private label products and opportunities for cooperation in this area. More and more clients are looking for partners who can provide not only the product itself, but also comprehensive support – from packaging design and recipe development to logistics and stable deliveries. These are areas in which MK Agro has built strong expertise over the years.
