How to provide?

  • Oven: preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the closed bag or a covered dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Frying pan: 6-8 minutes with a little oil and fry until golden brown.
  • Microwave: 2 minutes per 100 g, 700 Watt.
  • Also use cold for salads.
