How to provide?

  • Drain well before use.
  • Steamer: preheat the steamer to 100°C. Put the closed bag or a covered dish in the steamer for 10 minutes.
  • Au-bain-marie: put the closed bag in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Microwave: 1 minute per 100 g, 1000 Watt.
